We want you to be confident with your purchase from us. Beyond and Bill & Paul’s accept returns and exchanges at either retail store, regardless of purchase location, as well as through the mail (see Vendor Warranty Claims for repairs). All returns and exchanges must have a valid receipt less than 30 days from purchase from either Beyond or Bill & Paul’s. When you mail an item to us please include a note with your name, return address and phone number. Tell us what you are sending, why you are sending it and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance and send it to:
